I was very saddened to read of Ann Marie's death in today's paper. I met her through her volunteer activities at Saint Mary's School. She gave generously of her time and energy, and made a difference in the lives of struggling students. I always appreciated her sense of humour and the way she could cut to the chase in a given situation. My condolences to her family and friends.
