The 84th of Foot, 2nd Battalion Regimental Association is honoured to have The Honourable James Kinley as it's honourary Colonel-in-Chief. He graciously accepted this honour in 1994 and was presented with our Award of Merit. Our condolences to his family.
On a personal note, he amd Mrs Kinley were longtime freinds of my grandparents, Frank and Florence Hiltz of Gold River. He will be greatly missed.
