On behalf of the Municipality of the District of Lunenburg, the Councilors, and staff I would like to extend sincere condolances to Grace and the entire Kinley family. Jim's passing is a great loss not only to our community, our province, and our nation but also to me as a personal friend and mentor. I have always respected and valued Jim's sage advice that he provided to me over my 15 years in public life. He will be missed greatly. Our prayers and thoughts are with the family at this time.
