Condolences

Condolence From: Megan Marnitz Trethewey
Condolence: To Mrs. Kinley and Family,
I am only just learning of the passing of Mr. Kinley and so I apologize for these late condolences. Mr. Kinley was always Ed and Shona's dad to me; always there, always supportive, a font of knowledge and wisdom. I never realized how far reaching was his influence until he supported my efforts to be accepted into RMC. I can honestly say that knowing Mr. Kinley and being a recipient of his many smiles and gentle guidance helped me be confident in my future undertakings. Mr. Kinley was a gracious, wonderful man and I will miss him greatly.

Jim was a great man, and touched my family as he did for so many others. Jim gave me my first full time job after university and was a great influence on my career and life to this day. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Condolence From: Jeff Steeves and Family
Condolence: Dear Mrs Kinley, Ed, Shona, Peter and Paula: I am saddened by the loss of your father, Jim. He was a true gentleman. Despite the pressures of his business, politics and charities, he would take the time to ask how my life was going.
We shared the interests of the military and sailing. I was enlightened when he came home one night that I was visiting, changed from his suit into work clothes and proceeded to take Eddie and I out to the farm to feed and clean up after the cows. Businessman and pillar of the community on one hand, gentleman farmer on the other.
He will be missed. My thoughts are with you.
