Obituary for Stephen Craig Zinck

Stephen Craig Zinck, age 51 of Mahone Bay, passed away in the South Shore Regional Hospital on Thursday, November 26th surrounded by his family. Stephen died from complications resulting from a long and courageous battle with Multiple Myeloma.

He was a devoted father and actively participated in his community with his children. He coached minor hockey, was the past president of the Mahone Bay Soccer Association and was a leader of the St. James Boys League. Stephen saw humour in life and lived it well.

Stephen is survived by his wife, Carmel, and his three sons, Mitchell, Brenden, and Connor, his mother, Shirley (Lunenburg), his brother, Chris (Brenda) (Hammonds Plains), his Uncle and Aunt, (Reverend Neil and Linda MacDonald), and his cousins, Andrew, Susan and Ian.
He was predeceased by his father, Sherman.

Funeral services will held 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 1st at Central United Church in Lunenburg, Rev. Grace Caines Corkum, officiating.
