It is with deep regret that First District Northern Region must announce the passing on 25 July, 2016 of Richard B. Orpin, a Twenty Year Member of Flotilla 25 and Past Flotilla Commander.
Dick passed away at his home in Nova Scotia and at his request there will be no services, he will be cremated and probably buried at sea sometime in the future.
Condolences may be sent to his wife Sharon Orpin, 320 Kissing Bridge Rd., RR 3, Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, Canada, B0J2C0.
