Condolences

Condolence From: Ross Haynes, QC
Condolence: Hello to Warren's Family:
In reading the other condolences I can best say my piece by echoing Mike Alwyn. My experience with Warren is mostly professional has he represented the NS Barristers Society in their professional liability program for many years. In that capacity he was just such an outstanding teacher/advisor with knowledge and experience. He brought solutions to otherwise situations of discord. In his other work he was a source of calm and reason without rancour or judgement. He was an asset to have as a professional in every situation.
I really liked and admired Warren. He leaves warm memories and a smile for having known him.
My condolences on our loss but gratitude for a life well lived.
Ross

Condolence: My thoughts and prayers go out to Warren's family. He was always a gentleman and pleasure to deal with when handling claims for RSA Insurance ( Royal Insurance ) I never had to worry about my file when Warren was the adjuster on it. RIP

Condolence From: Mike Alwyn
Condolence: Warren touched the lives of many people during his distinguished career, both in and out of the insurance business. He was a kind, gentle and generous man. I moved from Toronto to Halifax to work with him almost 30 years ago. This was one of the best decisions of my life. Aside from teaching and nurturing me in the adjusting business, we developed a very close friendship, which I will continue to cherish. I have never met a bigger proponent for Canada and specifically, Nova Scotia. He was also a strong voice for the Arts, worthy causes, and helping those in need without hesitation. There are many “Warren” stories that will keep me smiling. I could not have asked for a better teacher and friend.

Anne, Elizabeth, Kevin and family, my sincere condolences.

Condolence: My condolences to Warren's family.I first met Warren when he was chairing the board of the Lunenburg Folk Harbour Society. His witty comments on the issues the board was debating always lightened the atmosphere considerably. He was a good friend to Folk Harbour.
