It is with a great deal of sorrow that we announce the passing of a loving father, grandfather, brother and uncle. Raymond Savoury passed peacefully away following a brief illness at the South Shore Regional Hospital at Bridgewater, NS on Sunday, April 1st, 2018, at the age of 68 years of Lunenburg, NS, formerly of Belleoram, NL.

He leaves to mourn his loving family: children, Tony Poole (Marlyce) at Paradise, NL, Shaun Savoury (Sheena) at Lunenburg, NS and Phyllis Rose (Douglas) at Paradise; grandchildren, Ashley, Madison, Logan, Cameron and Kayden; brother, Norman Savoury (Alfreda); sister, Vera Rose (Allan) both at Belleoram; plus a number of other relatives and friends.

Raymond is predeceased by his wife, Rose Hannah Savoury (Poole); parents, William John and Phoebe Savoury; brothers, Jack, Neville and Freeman; sisters, Mona and Myra.

Funeral Service will take place on Friday, April 6th, 2018 at 2:00 pm from St. Lawrence Anglican Church at Belleoram with Rev. Tryphena Vallis officiating. Interment will follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Belleoram.

A memorial service will also be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday May 6, 2018 at St. John's Anglican Church, Lunenburg.
