Condolences

Condolence From: Peter and Linda Roe
Condolence: We were very sorry to hear about Wade Tanner's death. We only found out about this 2 days ago, Oct. 6th through a neighbour. We did not know Wade, did not even know where he lived (we're new to Blue Rocks) but Wade would walk by our house every day. He always had a smile and was very pleasant when waved to or exchanged 'weather' information. It is very sad that Wade died alone. It brings back memories of my own brother who died under similar circumstances. Yes, this is very sad and we send our most sincere condolences to his family.

Condolence: To the family of Wade T.i am very sorry to hear about Wade's death. I was shipmates with Wade on the W.R. Ritcey, for 3 years. I was cook on the boat, and it was a pleasure to feed wade,as he was joking about something when he came in the galley. Wade and I spent many hours ,enjoying talks about many things, as well we always enjoyed a few drinks, when we were home. Wade was a good shipmate The Best. He will be missed. All the best to the Family. From Cookie Dave Bolivar.

Condolence: Wade was a kindhearted guy who was willing to help those who were no longer able to do things for themselves. When you met Wayne on a walk in Blue Rocks he was always friendly and ready to have a chat. When my husband Bob and I first moved to BR he made us feel welcome. I think many will miss seeing him on those daily walks. May he be at peace.
