Lloyd coordinated play for years, and curled with such enthusiasm--as he did with most things in life. He is missed.

The good old days at Chester Municipal High School. While I never had “Mr. McLean”as a teacher, he was one of the finest and dedicated running coaches you could have. The workouts, the road trips and the events were all equally memorable with Lloyd’s involvement and enthusiasm. I learned a lot from him as a coach. Run long and run free old friend. Barb and family, we were so saddened when John and I received the news. Please know we are thinking of you all. We remember the fun times we all had at the lake visiting each other’s homes and drinking homemade wine and sharing much laughter. Lloyd always enjoyed his friends and his students. Sarah and John both have always told us that Mr. McLean was his favorite teacher! Sending best regards and love John and Shelley Barrett
