Dear Brian and April, Leslie and Barbara and Family: I was sorry to see Cecil's Obituary; however, he reached his Centurian year, and enjoyed much success and happiness from personal dedication and ambition, in addition to his family life with Doris and their children and his siblings over the years. My Grandmother - Mary Haughn - was very proud of her nephew, Cecil; and enjoyed living in his newly constructed apartment building on Lawrence Street for many years. Please accept my sincere condolences and heartfelt prayers during this difficult time.
