Obituary for Paulette Frances Williams (Spindler)
Paulette Frances Williams, 69, of Lunenburg, passed away Sunday, February 2, 2020 at South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater.
Born in Lunenburg, she was a daughter of the late Gilbert and Marion (Schnare) Spindler.
Paulette spent her working years as a stay at home Mom, looking after her home and raising her daughter and she also had a big role in raising her special nephew, Robert. A fan of the outdoors, she also enjoyed various crafts, especially needlepoint and baking, as well as word puzzles and enjoyed many long conversations on the phone with friends and family. She loved being a grandmother to her granddaughter, Olivia.
Paulette is survived by her daughter Elizabeth (Brian Andrews) Williams, Heckman’s Island; granddaughter Olivia; special nephew, Robert Wilneff; sister, Elizabeth Spindler, B.C.; and brother Eric Spindler of ON; as well as several extended nieces and nephews
Besides her parents, Paulette was predeceased by brothers Murray and Bernard.
Funeral Arrangements are under the direction of the Dana L. Sweeny Funeral Home, 11213, Hwy. #3, Lunenburg and from where a memorial service will be held on Monday, February 10 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery, Lunenburg.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or SHAID Tree Animal Shelter would be appreciated by the family.
