Obituary for Carl Milton Tanner
Tanner, Carl Milton Tanner, 95 of First South, passed away on Monday, February 10, 2020 at the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater.
Born in Tanner’s Settlement, he was the son of the late Arthur and Annie (Richards) Tanner.
Carl was a truck driver for 48 years.
Carl is survived by his wife, Clare Jane, sons, Gary (Carolyn Lee Crouse), Brian (Carolyn Faye Savory), three grandchildren, Kevin, Jan and Trevor and three great-grandchildren, Lucas, Ethan and Aidyn.
He was predeceased by sisters, Hazel, Rita, Pauline, Lucille and Letoil; brothers, Wilson, Cecil and Percy.
A service to celebrate Carl’s life will be held Friday, February 14, at 11:00 a.m. at the Dana L. Sweeny Funeral Home, 11213 Hwy. # 3 Lunenburg, Rev. Rick Pryce, officiating.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
