Obituary for Linda Marie Smeltzer
It is with great sadness that the family of Linda Marie Smeltzer, 71, of Lunenburg and formerly of Mader’s Cove, announces her passing on Monday, April 6, 2020 at Harbour View Haven Home for Special Care, Lunenburg.
Born in Lunenburg, she was the daughter of the late Seldon and Lena (Langille) Smeltzer.
Over the years, Linda worked at Lorraine Tanner’s Fina Station in Lunenburg and then later with Riverport Seafoods Ltd.
Linda is survived by her brother, Donald as well as her friend Cindi (David) Fralick of Lunenburg.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Dana L. Sweeny Funeral Home, 11213, Hwy #3, Lunenburg. A private graveside committal service will be held at Martin’s Brook Cemetery, Martin’s Brook, on Monday July 13, 2020.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to the SHAID Tree Animal Shelter would be appreciated by the family.
