Obituary for Marguerite Edith Channing
It is with great sadness that the family of Marguerite Edith Channing, 94 of Bridgewater and formerly of Toronto announces her passing at Ryan Hall Long Term Care, Bridgewater.
Born in Chelsea, she was the daughter of the late Ross and Damie (Lohnes) Turner.
Marguerite worked in realestate in Toronto for many years retiring to reside in Bridgewater in 2018.
She is survived by her sons, Don (Donna) Wile, Bridgewater; Wayne (Marta) Wile, Switzerland; sisters, Vergie Burke, Scarborough, ON; Norma Cohen, Toronto; a brother Max Turner, New Market, ON; 3 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husbands, Ronald St. Clair Wile and Rick Channing; grand-daughter, Jeannie; sisters, Frances, Zelda and Zona and brothers, John and Lester.
Funeral Arrangements are under the direction of the Dana L. Sweeny Funeral Home, Lunenburg. A graveside memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 30, 2020 at the Maple Grove Cemetery, Chelsea.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Marguerite’s memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
