Obituary for Kaylea Heather Savory (Stewart)

Kaylea had a smile that would instantly warm your heart. Her love of family and close friends meant the world to her. Kay’s love for her boys, Harley and Hendrix had no limits and her sense of humour shone through with Harley and her kindness, with Hendrix.

Kaylea cherished her time spent with her grandmother, Catherine Demone, and with her close group of friends, but none as much as the time she spent with Sam Fiander. Sam was her soul sister and lifeline. Kaylea loved the relationship between Harley, Hendrix, and her father. Kaylea and her dad talked every day about the boys and about life. She was also extremely proud of her brother for being an awesome uncle, father, stepfather, and husband.

Kay loved the beach, whether on her own, with her boys, or her awesome friends. The past two years have been the happiest two years of her life. Kaylea found the love of her life, Anthony who made her big, beautiful smile even bigger.

Kaylea and her sons, Harley and Hendrix were gifted to a large and extended family and will be profoundly missed by all. Kaylea’s family members include, Kaylea’s fiancé, Anthony St. Hilaire, and his son, Lochlan; father, Jim (Joeann) Stewart, Hubbards; brother, James (Melanie) Stewart, Saint John; nephew and niece, Nathaniel and Mia; maternal grandmother, Catherine Demone, Lunenburg; step siblings Claire Coulter (Chris) and Duncan (Tiffany) Coulter, many aunts, uncles and cousins; and Kaylea’s soul sister, Sam Fiander.

Kaylea was predeceased by her sons, Harley and Hendrix Savory; mother, Deborah (Demone) Stewart; her paternal grandparents, Jim and Barb Stewart.

Kaylea was also predeceased in the fire by Anthony’s daughter Kinsley whom she deeply adored.

Kaylea grew up in Lunenburg where she had various jobs, including the Knot Pub. Kay had just recently gone back to school at Kingstec Campus NSCC and was working at the Bluenose Academy as a TA, a job that she absolutely loved.
