To Stephen, Matthew, and Val. Our deepest condolences go out to you during this time. Over the past seven years, we have grown to admire our dear neighbor and friend, Frank. It has meant the world to our family to enjoy our time in Frank's hilly yard, spending lots of time sledding down his hill as he would watch through the back window with a smile and friendly wave. One of our many fond memeories of Frank was just a couple of years ago, upon returning from a trip ready to shovel our own driveway only to find that he had already done it for us.
