I was very saddened to hear of the death of Francis she was always a delight to be around. a very smart and creative person. I'm sure she made the best bread in Nova Scotia. I even brought some back to California with me the last time we've visited. She even gave me a needlepoint bag that her husband, made with the Nova Scotia tartan, of which I love. Francis and my mother were close cousins and boy when they got together, all the stories were so much fun to listen to. Francis had a wonderful memory and I loved that about her. She has always been a part of my memories in Nova Scotia and will forever be among some of my most favorite memories. One of the only thing that gives grief a break, is knowing that they've gone on to be reunited with loved ones who have passed before them. She was dearly loved and will be missed very much.
