It is with great sadness that the family of Marguerite Edith Channing, 94 of Bridgewater and formerly of Toronto announces her passing at Ryan Hall Long Term Care, Bridgewater.

Born in Chelsea, she was the daughter of the late Ross and Damie (Lohnes) Turner.

Marguerite worked in realestate in Toronto for many years retiring to reside in Bridgewater in 2018.

She is survived by her sons, Don (Donna) Wile, Bridgewater; Wayne (Marta) Wile, Switzerland; sisters, Vergie Burke, Scarborough, ON; Norma Cohen, Toronto; a brother Max Turner, New Market, ON; 3 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husbands, Ronald St. Clair Wile and Rick Channing; grand-daughter, Jeannie; sisters, Frances, Zelda and Zona and brothers, John and Lester.

Funeral Arrangements are under the direction of the Dana L. Sweeny Funeral Home, Lunenburg. A graveside memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 30, 2020 at the Maple Grove Cemetery, Chelsea.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Marguerite’s memory may be made to a charity of your choice.

ahhh.... Dear Marg,
You did, and always will, hold a place in this life for me, as being one of my most favourite people
I so treasure our Family times together, but even more so, your total devotion to our beloved Jeannie
On the fireplace mantel in my living room, I have the best ever picture of you and Jeannie together
The smiles on both of you...says it all..
I have lots of laughs and giggles and pictures of our many times together to remember you by
Without you and Rick - I would never have golfed a day in my life likely , or gone to the Race Track !!! : )
Wishing all who love please remember the good memories ...they will be with you now and forever
Marg...., I will miss you....
