My greyhound Jenny and I met Clarke in May, 2012 when we were part of a group being tested as possible Therapy Dog teams. Since then, I've enjoyed Clarke's enthusiasm and generosity of spirit. He guided us through our early sessions at the VON White House and FMH. He was always available by phone or email. In fact, he sent an email to his Therapy Dog Team brief hours before his passing - encouraging us to visit Brian on the 3rd floor. Clarke was definitely in the saddle right up to the end. I'm grateful to have met him and regret our friendship was so suddenly cut short. Sincere condolences to Clarke's family (both two-and-four-legged), friends and colleagues.
