There are just too many wonderful things to say about Clarke that would have made him blush. We swapped Doberman stories like old timers spoke about the golden days. When I took in an old Dobie rescue, he was one of the few who could understand how much I got back from giving this old girl a final home where she could be loved and treasured - even only for a few months that she had left in her life of turmoil. Clarke kept the Doberman in its place of honour - where it should be - a respectable working dog who since its creation has been a noble friend to those who take the time to give it respect for its unique character and dedication to its owner. Thanks Clarke... You left us doing what you loved the best with your great girl Rena. That in itself, makes me smile beyond the tears shed. Valerie
